Program Manager, Electrical

Job Title: Program manager Years of experience: 10 -15 Years Job Location: Jigani, Bangalore Job Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate multiple product development programs from definition to delivery by implementing the Product Development Process (PDP). May also manage smaller cost reduction and value engineering projects Work with customers to articulate needs and ensure quality and completeness of requirements documentation such as Value Proposition, Business case and Agreed,Terms of Reference (ATOR) Provide detailed planning & scheduling Scope & timing evaluation, short-term &long-term project planning, cycle time & resource planning. Work with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Management, Quality, Field, Service and Marketing to ensure flawless end to end execution of projects / programs. Ensure project control - Scope control, Design change process, Budget management & product cost management. Qualification: Minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Elecrical/Electronics. Minimum 10 years of total work experience which includes experience of 5 years or more with managing projects in a product development setting. Must have experience with business case development, schedule management, risk management, and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions. Should have experience with presenting to varied audiences including senior management.
