SketchUp + AutoCAD Designer

As a SketchUp + AutoCAD Designer at OTD Out Of The Doors, you will be responsible for working on premium residential outdoor and architectural projects, including pergolas, terrace gardens, villa exteriors, and landscape spaces. Your main tasks will involve creating 2D drawings in AutoCAD, developing 3D models in SketchUp, preparing design presentations and concept views, assisting in exterior, landscape, and pergola design projects, coordinating with site measurements and execution team, and producing basic renders using D5 / Lumion / V-Ray (preferred). You will also be required to modify drawings as per project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create 2D drawings in AutoCAD - Develop 3D models in SketchUp - Prepare design presentations and concept views - Assist in exterior, landscape, and pergola design projects - Coordinate with site measurements and execution team - Produce basic renders using D5 / Lumion / V-Ray (preferred) - Modify drawings as per project requirements Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD - Experience in 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling - Basic rendering knowledge (D5 / Lumion / V-Ray preferred) - Understanding of dimensions and detailing - Good design sense and creativity - Basic site understanding As a potential candidate, you are encouraged to apply if you are a fresher with good software skills, preferably from a Diploma / Interior / Architecture background.
