Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

You will be joining Ovation Law Firm, a fast-growing consumer-focused law firm in the United States that is committed to providing exceptional legal services and maintaining a high-performance and supportive work environment. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to transform data from various sources within the firm into actionable insights for the Marketing, Intake, Operations, and Leadership teams. This role will involve owning and expanding the firm's reporting infrastructure, with Looker Studio as the primary dashboarding platform, and collaborating closely with leadership to influence data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage the Looker Studio environment, including building, enhancing, and maintaining dashboards, data sources, and reporting standards firm-wide. - Develop executive KPI dashboards to provide clear visibility into marketing performance, intake productivity, operational KPIs, and overall metrics for leadership. - Analyze marketing and lead generation efforts, evaluating performance across various channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more to establish connections between spend and outcomes. - Track the complete client journey by reporting on lead flow, conversion rates, retention, and case outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and identifying discrepancies across different systems. - Design data models, automate reporting processes, and deliver insights to leadership through regular and ad hoc reports, assisting in goal-setting and strategy development. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields. - Proficiency in Looker Studio, SQL, BigQuery, Salesforce reporting, Excel, and Google Sheets. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex findings. - Experience in reconciling data across multiple systems and resolving data-quality issues. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of ETL processes, APIs, and automated data pipelines. - Familiarity with HubSpot reporting, Salesforce administration, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools. - Background in a law firm or professional-services setting, or supporting marketing/intake/sales teams. - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
