The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and be proficient in designing and maintaining robust network solutions. Job Responsibilities: Design, implement, configure, and maintain computer networks, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure. Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security of network systems. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks. Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and firmware updates. Configure and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and VPNs. Implement and maintain network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP). Collaborate with IT teams to support servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications. Monitor network traffic and optimize bandwidth utilization. Perform network capacity planning and recommend infrastructure improvements. Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry best practices. Support disaster recovery planning and network backup procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff when required. Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network efficiency and security.
