The role will be responsible for driving project execution from concept through commissioning, ensuring world-class standards in engineering, construction, safety, quality, commercial performance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing complex infrastructure programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-value projects within stringent timelines while maintaining operational excellence and profitability. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Leadership - Lead the complete lifecycle of mission-critical infrastructure projects, including design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and client handover. - Develop execution strategies that accelerate project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. - Drive consistent project governance, reporting, and performance monitoring across multiple concurrent sites. - Establish standardized project management frameworks and execution protocols across the organization. Engineering & Technical Excellence - Oversee integration of critical electrical, mechanical, and utility systems required for high-availability facilities. - Ensure seamless coordination between design consultants, engineering teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers. - Guide the adoption of advanced technologies and cutting-edge infrastructure solutions to enhance facility performance and efficiency. - Review technical designs and execution methodologies to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational resilience. Commercial & Financial Management - Own overall financial performance of the project portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and profitability. - Monitor project .
