Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to support business operations. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate reports for management. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all MIS platforms. Design and implement databases and data management procedures. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MIS and data reporting. Stay updated with the latest MIS tools and technologies. Assist in the development and implementation of new MIS functionalities.
