Security Compliance Specialist / Information Governance Associate / Cyber Risk Coordinator (Singapore Only) Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full time Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Security Compliance Specialist / Information Governance Associate / Cyber Risk Coordinator . This role is ideal for candidates with experience in information security compliance, governance, cyber risk management, or information governance. You will collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, audit, legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen the organisation's security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support governance and risk management initiatives across the business. Key Responsibilities - Support the implementation and continuous improvement of information security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programmes. - Monitor compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. - Conduct security and cyber risk assessments, identify control gaps, and recommend risk mitigation strategies. - Coordinate internal and external security audits, compliance reviews, and certification activities. - Develop, review, and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation. - Track security risks, audit findings, and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution. - Perform third-party/vendor security assessments and support due diligence processes. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security and compliance requirements are embedded into business processes and technology initiatives. - Support business continuity, disaster recovery, data governance, and information management initiatives. - Monitor changes in cybersecurity regulations, emerging threats, and industry best practices, recommending improvements where appropriate. - Prepare compliance reports, risk dashboards .
