Mechanical Operations Head

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the mechanical operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and development. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all mechanical systems and equipment in the paper production process. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality control, and safety, to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals. Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in mechanical performance. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Develop and manage budgets for mechanical operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within mechanical operations, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions. Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills and promote a culture of safety and excellence. Requirements Qualifications: Bacheloror Masterdegree in Mechanical Engineering. 15-20 years of experience in mechanical operations within the paper industry. Proven experience in managing large-scale mechanical systems and teams. Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams. Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to the paper industry. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for mechanical operations and maintenance management.
