Industrial Engineer

Role Overview: As an Industrial Engineer at PALFINGER, you will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality within the organization. Your main tasks will include designing, analyzing, and improving system processes, such as production systems and supply chains. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize system processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization. - Implement quality control measures to maintain standards and reduce errors in operational processes. - Analyze and design layouts of equipment, workspace, and workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. - Conduct time studies and work simplification to minimize wasted efforts and resources in production processes. - Utilize statistical tools and methods to analyze operational data and predict future performance. - Engage in capacity planning, resource allocation, and cost analysis to enhance operational processes. - Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to implement operational improvements and streamline processes. - Participate in project management activities, from planning to execution, to evaluate process enhancements. Qualifications Required: - This level requires first practical experience to enhance the theoretical knowledge gained during formal education. Developing roles typically require 1-3 years of experience but may not be exclusively limited to this range.
