Executive - Engineering

Responsible to use thorough knowledge of electrical engineering and instrumentation for maintaining healthy condition of process equipment’s. execution for scheduling , preventive maintenance activity, predictive maintenance & calibration, specification, codes, Standards and cGMP Techniques.

Maintaining of all engineering and design documentation for LT electrical system, CT & PT Transformers, Single-line diagrams, lighting, power controls, motor controls, electrical area classification grounding, emergency power, power control, motor controls, electrical heat tracing, lighting protection, cable tray, fire alarm, public address, security, card access.

Work as maintenance team member on all maintenance activities with electrical/ Instrumentation engineering knowledge..

Ensure zero breakdown of plant & utility equipment’s.

Responsible for multiple assigned maintenance for installation & commissioning of all equipment’s including the required Utility Services.

To ensure speedy and timely completion of implementation of all maintenance in house programs.

To play the role of coordinator in all new maintenance of the group in synchronizing the deliverables of the various departments.

100% Audit Compliances by maintaining all cGMP documents, including SOPs and PM records.

Prepare Monthly reports to control/ monitor inventory/budget/energy saving.

Responsible for handling of Change control, deviation, CAPA, Risk Assessment and Investigations.

Excellent communication, Interpersonal. Listening & Presentation skills.

Responsible to execute the other assigned activities by head engineering.
