Job Description Planning - Participate in and lead project planning, estimation, and technical strategy development. - Define and implement coding standards aligned with organizational goals. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish technology roadmaps. - Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for adoption and process optimization. System Design & Integration - Lead and execute IT software application projects from conception to deployment. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coding, testing, and quality assurance. - Take ownership of key modules or components, ensuring alignment with technical specifications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews. - Optimize, refactor, and enhance existing IT software systems for performance and reliability. System Operations - Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical application and integration issues. - Analyze and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime and performance degradation. - Implement preventive measures and best practices for system stability. - Collaborate with development and support teams on bug fixes and root cause analysis. - Escalate and manage high-severity incidents as required.
