Position : Lead - AI & Automation Engineer About Purti Realty Purti Realty is a forward-thinking real estate company focused on building not just infrastructure, but intelligent systems that drive efficiency, scale, and innovation. As we expand, we are embedding AI into our core operations from design and construction to sales, finance, and management. Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven AI & Automation Engineer who will lead the integration of AI across the organization. This is not a conventional tech role this is a transformation role. You will identify opportunities, build AI-driven workflows, automate processes, and train teams to adopt AI in their daily work. Key Responsibilities AI Chance Identification* * Audit existing business processes across departments (sales, CRM, construction, finance, HR, procurement) * Identify inefficiencies and AI automation opportunities * Prioritize high-impact use cases AI Implementation & Automation* * Build and deploy AI solutions using tools like: * ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs / Claude/ Gemini * Zapier / Make * Python-based automation * CRM integrations * Automate repetitive workflows (reporting, lead management, documentation, billing, etc.) * Integrate AI into internal systems and dashboards AI Product Development* * Develop internal tools (chatbots, dashboards, assistants) * Work on custom AI use cases specific to real estate: * Lead scoring * Demand forecasting * Document automation * Cost estimation Training & Culture Building* * Train teams on AI tools and workflows * Create SOPs and playbooks for AI usage * Drive adoption across departments * Build a culture of continuous learning and experimentation Continuous Learning & Innovation* * Stay updated with latest AI tools and trends * Continuously test and implement new solutions * Act as the in-house AI expert Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) * Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) * Basic to intermediate coding (Python preferred) * Understanding of APIs and integrations * Problem-solving mindset with a business-first approach * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) * Experience in real estate / construction tech * Knowledge of data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI) * Experience building internal tools or dashboards Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume at .
