WE ARE HIRING Designation: - Site Executive : Real Estate Location: - Kothrud Pune Maharashtra Salary: - 18,000 To 22,000 Per Month Education: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). Experience: - 1 -2 Years of Previous experience in a construction-related role is advantageous. Responsibilities: - Assist in overseeing and managing on-site construction activities. - Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. - Monitor construction progress and report updates to senior management. - Assist in resolving on-site issues and implementing corrective measures. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations. - Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities and project changes. - Support in coordinating logistics, materials procurement, and equipment deployment. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. - Assist in budget management and cost control measures.
