About the role
Role Overview: As a member of the team at Parallel Wireless, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cellular technology. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing digital processing software modules in the baseband modem, implementing O-RAN standard functionality, developing cloud-based applications for PHY layers, debugging, testing, and integrating software modules within our product, and actively participating in defining software architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement digital processing software modules in the baseband modem - Implement O-RAN standard functionality - Develop cloud-based applications for PHY layers - Debug, test, and integrate software modules within the product - Take an active role in defining software architecture Qualifications Required: - Proven capabilities in C++ - Experience in real-time embedded and multi-threaded software in Linux environments - Strong team player with creative and independent mindset, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills - Excellent debugging skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize work and time, including context switching - Positive attitude and professional demeanor - Fluency in English Nice to Have: - Background in digital signal processing or PHY Layer of wireless technologies - Object-oriented design and development experience - Python and MATLAB experience - Knowledge of 4G/5G 3GPP Spec or similar - Background with Arm architecture - Experience in AVX/Neon/SIMD programming - DSPK8s experience Role Overview: As a member of the team at Parallel Wireless, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cellular technology.
