The role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining precision machinery for concrete production equipment. Roles and Responsibility Assemble and install mechanical components for concrete machinery with high precision. Perform precise fitting and alignment of machine parts to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality checks and testing of assembled equipment to meet required standards. Maintain and repair production machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with the engineering team for technical improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Job Requirements ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a strong foundation in mechanical principles. 2-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly and fitting, focusing on precision and attention to detail. Knowledge of precision tools and measurement instruments, including calipers and micrometers. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of quality standards and procedures, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
