System Engineer

Role & responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems, hardware, and software. Monitor IT infrastructure, network performance, and system health. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues. Support network devices, routers, and security appliances (UTMs). Maintain system records, reports, and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations. Preferred candidate profile Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, Networking, Hardware, Routers, and UTMs. Good troubleshooting and technical skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Team player with a disciplined and proactive attitude. Eager to learn and willing to work in rotational/night shifts. Must be committed to a minimum of 2 years.
