Zuora CPQ Lead

Job Summary Seeking a Salesforce Zuora CPQ platform professional with strong technical skills. Must have 7+ years of experience in large enterprises within a global delivery model . Methodical thinker with proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Key Roles and Responsibilities Configure products and pricing in Zuora CPQ . Handle processes related to New Sales, Amendments, and Renewals in Zuora CPQ. Develop using Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex . Contribute to AppExchange product development . Work with Salesforce Service Cloud , including: Omnichannel setup Email-to-case Process flows Develop using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS . Apply REST and SOAP API integration methodologies. MuleSoft knowledge is a plus. Ensure ideas are communicated in user-friendly language . Conduct unit testing and support during other testing cycles. Follow Salesforce development standards and specifications. Maintain ongoing technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle. Mandatory Skills Experience in: Opportunity Management Account Management CPQ Domain Knowledge (CPQ Lifecycle, Products, Pricing, Approvals, Renewals, Deal Desk) Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce and Zuora CPQ Integration Minimum 5+ years of experience in large organizations. Proven experience as a technical resource . Ability to work across multiple teams: Business stakeholders IT & Marketing teams Design agencies Developers Testers Preferred/Additional Qualifications Salesforce certifications are a plus.
