Engineer - Electronics

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Engineer with a background in Electronics to support the testing and validation of electronic devices, circuit boards, and integrated systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing test plans and procedures, executing various tests, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability, quality, and compliance with specifications. data-responsibility Develop test plans, procedures, and test cases based on product specifications and requirements. Execute functional, environmental, and system-level testing of electronic products. Identify and troubleshoot issues in electronic components, circuits, and systems using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, LCR meters, and HiPot testers. Analyze schematic diagrams and assist in technical debugging of electronic circuits. Perform inspection and testing of assembled PCBs as per quality control procedures. Record test results, observations, and discrepancies in a structured and traceable format, including preparation of ATR (Acceptance Test Reports). Conduct root cause analysis on failed components or systems and recommend corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with project engineers, internal teams, and customers to support testing and quality assurance activities. Travel to customer sites for installation, testing, or servicing when required. Work flexible hours including weekends, based on project needs. Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and safety protocols during all testing activities. Maintain proper documentation for traceability and audit readiness. Education: Diploma or B.E. in Electronics or related field. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with testing instruments (oscilloscopes, LCR meters, multimeters, HiPot testers, etc). Good understanding of electronic circuit operation and debugging. Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and PCB layouts. Familiarity with inspection and testing of assembled PCBs. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and documentation. Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to work collaboratively and independently. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per project requirements.
