Industrial Engineer

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives. You will conduct Time Studies and Motion Studies to enhance productivity and minimize waste. Implementing and maintaining Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies will be a key responsibility. Your role will involve driving programs such as 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, and Waste Elimination. You will be responsible for calculating, analyzing, and enhancing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Monitoring and reporting essential manufacturing KPIs including OEE, productivity, cycle time, and efficiency will be part of your duties. Identifying process bottlenecks and executing corrective and preventive actions will be crucial. Root cause analysis and supporting problem-solving activities will be integral to your role. Collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve operational targets is also expected. Training employees on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices is essential. Your qualifications should include proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, OEE Calculation & Analysis, Time & Motion Study, 5S Implementation, Kaizen, Process Optimization, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Continuous Improvement Tools, Data Analysis & KPI Monitoring, and MS Excel & Reporting.
