Job Description Job Title: IT Executive Location: Gurgaon Experience: 2+ Years Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage CCTV surveillance systems, provide IT support, and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring, control software installation, basic networking, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV control software and surveillance equipment. Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV systems, hardware, and software. Provide technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems. Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment and surveillance systems. Configure and troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues. Maintain system backups, updates, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations, and maintenance when required. Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies. Support end users with day-to-day IT-related issues.
