Support Executive

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the IT Software / Software Services industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service capabilities. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
