Company: Paridhi Engineers Position: Electrical Engineer Solar-Male Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) Experience: 2-5 Years (Solar Industry Mondatory) Job Summary Paridhi Engineers is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, and commissioning rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects while ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Design and review solar PV electrical systems, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), cable sizing, and electrical layouts. Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with clients, vendors, EPC teams, and government authorities for project execution. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support during installation and commissioning. Coordinate with procurement and quality teams for material approvals and inspections. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, and HT/LT electrical systems. Hands-on experience in electrical design and project execution. Knowledge of net metering, grid synchronization, and electrical safety standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with PVsyst or other solar design software will be an added advantage. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines. Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory). 2-5 years of experience in solar EPC or renewable energy projects. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Strong coordination and team management skills.
