QA Automation (product-based)

Roles & Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for product features and functionalities. Write and execute API test scripts using Postman and RESTful web services testing (SoapUI – professional version). Build and maintain manual and automated Build Acceptance Test (BAT) suites for multiple projects. Support production releases and generate detailed QA reports. Collaborate with developers on code reviews, test case reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues. Work closely with business analysts to clarify requirements and create test cases in an Agile development environment. Use programming knowledge (Java, Ruby, Python, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, PHP, Groovy Scripts, Selenium RC/WebDriver) to support automation and testing. Utilize QA tools and platforms including ADB commands, BrowserStack, Asana, Trello, Jira, TestRail, CI tools, cloud-based test environments, and server monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, Keynote, Gomez, and Nagios, along with performance and load testing experience.
