Position Summary The Role: Step into a high-responsibility aerospace quality role Are you an experienced aerospace inspector with a strong eye for detail and a passion for ensuring product quality at the highest level? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading aerospace manufacturing environment in a Final Inspection role, with a clear pathway to progress into DQR (Designated Quality Representative) authority following product training and development. If you’re looking for a role where your work directly contributes to aircraft safety, customer satisfaction, and aerospace performance — this is it. Responsibilities Responsibilities of the role: You’ll be responsible for ensuring aerospace components meet strict quality and engineering standards before release. Carry out final / end-of-line inspection of aerospace components and assemblies

Inspect precision parts such as heat exchangers and air/oil coolers

Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications

Use inspection equipment including micrometers, plug gauges, height gauges, and verniers

Record inspection results and manage data using SAP

Identify and raise non-conformance issues (NCRs)

Support product release and quality assurance processes

Progress into DQR customer sign-off responsibilities (approx. 6 months training period)

Qualifications

  • Skills required: Aerospace manufacturing or inspection experience

  • Experience in final inspection / end-of-line quality inspection

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

  • Competent with basic measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of quality processes and documentation

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
