Roles and Responsibilities Oversee site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Manage labor resources, including supervisors, workers, and equipment to achieve project goals. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction). Diploma or BE degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of building construction processes, materials science, and structural design principles.
