About the role
Role Overview: We are hiring Business Analysts / Product Owners with Healthcare domain expertise who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and data engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements from healthcare stakeholders - Translate business needs into data and analytics requirements - Work closely with data engineers to define data models and pipelines - Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Support UAT and validation of data pipelines - Act as liaison between client teams and engineering teams - Exposure to AWS / Databricks environments Required Skills: - Strong experience as a BA in data/analytics projects - Domain knowledge in healthcare (EHR, claims, clinical data, etc.) - Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) - Experience working with SQL and data concepts - Familiarity with Agile methodologies Role Overview: We are hiring Business Analysts / Product Owners with Healthcare domain expertise who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and data engineering teams.
