Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to understand their systems and data structures, analyze current workflows, and identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in creating detailed business requirements, developing solutions, and designing interactive reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Analyze client systems, business processes, and data structures. Document detailed business requirements. Evaluate and improve current business processes, workflows, and data structures. Identify process gaps and propose solution models. Design and develop reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional team members. Skills Required: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Active listening skills to accurately understand and align with business requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Who Can Apply: Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, BBA, BMS, BAF graduates. Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in relevant areas.
