About the role
We're Hiring | Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) Path Saathi Path Saathi (part of The Ampersand Group) is building the technology platform powering skill-development centres across India. Our products are live and scaling, and we're looking for a senior engineer to help take them forward. Role Details: Role: Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4+ Years Type: Full-time What we're looking for: Strong backend engineering with Python & FastAPI (solid engineers from other stacks welcome) Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL & relational database design Working proficiency with React Experience building and scaling production web applications Strong problem-solving, ownership & engineering judgment What you'll work on: Design and develop scalable, multi-tenant platform features Build and maintain backend services and APIs with FastAPI Contribute to frontend development in React Write high-quality, testable code following engineering best practices Work directly with the tech lead on architecture and product direction Investigate and resolve complex production issues Nice to have: Experience with multi-tenant or SaaS platforms Background in EdTech or large-scale operations Exposure to cloud deployment, Docker & CI/CD
