Job title: Production Support (L1 & L2 support) (Mumbai & Navi Mumbai) Years of Experience: 1-4 years Education Required: Graduation in B.Sc or BE in IT or Computers, ITIL certified will be preferred. Roles and Responsibilities: Complete ownership of L1 and L2 support To check/Analyze the transactions and logs and device settlements Support an DR / drill activities from an application services standpoint Meeting all SLA requirements Required Technical Skills: Knowledge in relational database, Linux, UNIX, Java, C++ Experience in ATM/Retail transaction switching technology PayCraft is a young enterprising startup founded in 2013.
