Software Intern

Key Responsibilities: - Work alongside senior engineers on real production systems - Ship code that directly impacts customers - Engage with modern AI-assisted development workflows - Collaborate with team members to solve real engineering problems - Write clean, tested, reviewable code - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback - Take ownership of small modules or experiments and drive them to completion - Document your work effectively for seamless knowledge transfer Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) including Arrays, strings, hashmaps, trees, graphs, recursion, dynamic programming, sorting, and searching - Proven problem-solving ability demonstrated through competitive programming, hackathon wins, open-source contributions, or personal projects - Solid programming fundamentals encompassing object-oriented concepts, time and space complexity analysis, debugging, and writing readable code - Hands-on coding experience showcased through GitHub projects, hackathons, internships, or competitive programming profiles - Analytical and debugging skills with the ability to read stack traces, form hypotheses, isolate bugs, and communicate effectively - Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices - Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier-1 college If you possess hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, familiarity with LLM APIs, exposure to prompt engineering or vector databases, or have built and shipped AI side projects, it would be an added advantage.
