Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Business Applications domain, responsible for customer-facing products and experiences that power millions of businesses globally. You will take a hands-on role in driving execution while shaping the evolution of our offerings balancing strategy, delivery, and user impact. As a PM, you ll be expected to operate independently, lead complex initiatives end-to-end, and serve as a product leader within your team and across the organization. What you ll be spending your time on: Translate vision into impact Turn strategic direction into product initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing experiences with measurable impact. Drive complex initiatives Own high-visibility, multi-stakeholder projects from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution. Collaborate globally Work closely with product, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders across regions to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions. Think strategically and analytically Identify opportunities, define success metrics, analyze performance, and optimize product outcomes through data-driven decision-making. Champion the customer Advocate for customer needs and translate them into impactful features and experiences that enhance daily business operations. Communicate with influence Clearly articulate priorities, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. Have you done this kind of stuff? 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments (experience in Fintech is a plus). Strong track record of leading customer-facing product initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to make data-informed decisions. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Experience working in global, matrixed organizations, with the ability to balance local execution and global strategy.
