Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the development of backend systems, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and implement system designs, algorithms, and data structures to solve complex problems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in code reviews and improve overall code quality. Job Requirements Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices. Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
