About the role
Key Responsibilities Execute RCC and allied civil works for the assigned tower as per Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings and approved methodology. Plan and supervise the daily Mivan formwork cycle de-shuttering, shifting, alignment, shuttering, reinforcement checking and concreting – to achieve the targeted slab cycle. Coordinate line, level and layout marking with the survey team; verify shuttering alignment, plumb and dimensions before every pour. Raise pour cards / checklists and obtain QA/QC and consultant clearances before concreting; supervise concreting including cube sampling and workability checks. Monitor and record daily labour deployment, contractor workmen output and material consumption; report daily progress (DPR) to the Sr. Project Engineer. Coordinate with MEP teams for sleeves, conduits, inserts and openings before concreting to avoid rework and chipping. Ensure curing, de-shuttering as per stripping-time norms, and rectification of honeycombing / surface defects per approved procedures. Certify contractor measurements at site jointly with the billing team; maintain site records, registers and as-built markups. Enforce EHS requirements at the workfront – safe working platforms, edge protection, housekeeping and toolbox talks with the safety team. Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience of Mivan / aluminium formwork slab cycles in high-rise towers (essential). Strong knowledge of RCC works, reinforcement detailing, concrete technology and IS codes. Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural and MEP drawings. Proficiency in MS Excel / basic AutoCAD for quantities, checklists and reporting. Good coordination and manpower-handling skills; ability to work in shift / night-pour schedules. Qualification & Experience B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institute. 5–6 years of site execution experience in high-rise residential projects, with at least 2–3 years on Mivan technology projects preferred. Prior experience with reputed developers / contractors in MMR is an advantage.
