Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Conduct time studies to optimize production workflows and reduce cycle times. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing procedures, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and work instructions.
