About the role
Role Overview: You will be joining NPPD Care as a Product Owner in a part-time, equity-based role. NPPD Care is a startup that focuses on building a holistic wellness and healthcare innovation platform covering all dimensions of wellness. Your role will involve taking complete ownership of the product journey, collaborating with various teams, and aligning the business vision with product execution. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the end-to-end product roadmap, aligning business, design, and technology priorities. - Translate the company's wellness and healthcare goals into scalable digital and service products. - Collaborate with UI/UX, tech, and wellness teams to develop prototypes, MVPs, and feature enhancements. - Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and validate problem-solution fit. - Develop product requirement documents (PRDs) and maintain a clear backlog for development. - Lead data-driven decision-making by tracking engagement, usage, and conversion metrics. - Work closely with the founder and investor relations team to align product progress with funding initiatives. - Establish innovation partnerships with hospitals, wellness centers, and R&D institutions. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or startup building, preferably in healthtech, wellness, or SaaS. - Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, wellness frameworks, or consumer tech. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver under startup conditions. - Excellent communication and analytical skills with a bias for execution. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for wellness innovation and social impact. Additional Details of the Company: NPPD Care is at the launch phase, having developed a prototype, wellness audit models, and pilot partnerships with hospitals and wellness partners. The company's mission is to bridge healthcare, wellness, and technology to help individuals, corporates, and communities achieve measurable, sustainable wellbeing outcomes.
