About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop architectural and interior design concepts as per project requirements. 2. Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings. 3. Create 3D models, renders, and presentations for design proposals. 4. Perform space planning and ensure functional design solutions. 5. Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures. 6. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams. 7. Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation. 8. Participate in client meetings and incorporate design feedback. 9. Conduct site visits and coordinate design execution when required. 10.
