About the role
Pearson is hiring for the role of Quality Assurance Engineer II! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Execute Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing to validate business requirements and user experience. Perform Agentforce testing, ensuring platform reliability and compliance with acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain test automation scripts to streamline regression and integration testing. Document defects and test outcomes, proactively escalating issues and participating in retrospectives. Requirements: Automated Testing Frameworks (Capable) Test Automation (Capable) Requirements Analysis (Capable) Problem Solving (Capable) Collaboration (Capable) Adaptability, Artificial Intelligence, Learning to Learn (Pearson Power Skills) Experience in software quality assurance, preferably with Salesforce and Agentforce platforms. Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting. Strong documentation and communication skills.
