About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer Full Stack at our company, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling modern web applications. You will work on cloud-native, microservices-based systems, contributing across the full technology stack. Your contributions will range from creating intuitive, high-performance user interfaces to developing secure, scalable backend services. Your expertise will be crucial in driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and delivering impactful solutions for millions of learners globally. Key Responsibilities: - Build performant, responsive, and accessible frontend applications for web and mobile platforms. - Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. - Collaborate closely with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment practices. - Lead parallel implementations and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system integrations. - Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and engage in technical discussions. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of application development experience. - 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience. - Backend experience with Java + Spring Boot OR Python OR Node.js. - Frontend experience with React + Redux or Vue.js. - Solid understanding of Microservices, Micro Frontends, and Event-Based Architectures. - Experience building responsive UIs for various devices. - Strong background in TDD and continuous deployment models. - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. - Proficiency in Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). - Proven expertise in web application performance engineering. - Experience designing, implementing, and managing REST APIs. - Experience integrating with LLMs, web MCP servers, and AI services. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience in the EdTech domain and deploying AI-powered web applications in production. - Exposure to or experience with Agentic SDLC practices.
