As a Software Engineer III at our company, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions across the Oracle Fusion HCM suite. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, testing, and supporting technical components within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Ensuring adherence to documented development standards and Oracle 'best practice' methods - Implementing and maintaining security (roles, approvals, policies) across HCM modules - Collaborating closely with global technology and business teams to engineer modern, end-to-end solutions - Maintaining high standards for security, data integrity, and user experience To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and experience: - Mid-to-senior level background in Oracle Fusion HCM - HCM domain expertise in areas such as Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting (ORC), Talent Management, Security, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Journeys - Strong expertise with Oracle's Visual Builder Studio and the new Redwood UI capabilities - Strong PL/SQL and SQL skills, experience with approval workflows and related orchestration - Experience with Fusion HCM/ORC REST API and familiarity with modern agile tooling - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline - Experience conducting technical workshops and business process mapping with HR stakeholders - Hands-on experience with data loaders and migration tooling Additionally, if you are an individual with a disability and require reasonable accommodations to access our career site, you may request them by emailing [HIDDEN TEXT].
