Front-End Engineering | AI-Driven Learning Experiences About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Engineer – React to help lead the development of next-generation AI-powered learning and media experiences. This role is ideal for a strong front-end engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and delivering exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping modern AI-driven interfaces, interactive media experiences, intelligent assessment workflows, and large-scale video-based learning platforms. As part of a rapidly growing platform environment, this role will help drive front-end engineering excellence, improve scalability and consistency across applications, and accelerate the delivery of strategic AI-enabled capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern front-end applications using React and related technologies Lead the implementation of scalable and reusable UI architectures and component libraries Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user experiences for AI-powered workflows and media-rich applications Collaborate closely with backend, AI/ML, platform, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions Drive front-end best practices including performance optimization, accessibility, maintainability, and scalability Develop reusable components and shared UI patterns to reduce duplication and improve consistency Optimize applications for large-scale video interactions and AI-assisted experiences Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, code reviews, and engineering improvements Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong front-end engineering culture Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development Experience building large-scale, responsive web applications Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component design, and state management Experience integrating REST APIs and asynchronous workflows Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility standards Experience with modern front-end build tools and CI/CD practices Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI-powered or data-driven user experiences Familiarity with video streaming, media platforms, or interactive content applications Experience designing reusable component libraries or design systems Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for high-scale web applications Familiarity with cloud-native application environments Experience with testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Jest Exposure to Agile development methodologies Why This Role Matters This role is critical in shaping the future of AI-enabled learning experiences and scalable digital platforms.
