About the role
Job Title: Hardware Support Engineer (PCs & Printers) : We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Hardware Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of computer hardware systems and printers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Educational Qualification: - Degree in any branch of IT / Computer Science / Electronics or an equivalent qualification. Experience: - Minimum 1 year to 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware maintenance of PCs and printers. Key Responsibilities: - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and printers. - Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues efficiently. - Performing preventive maintenance and regular system checks. - Handling replacement of faulty components (RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, printer parts, etc.). - Providing on-site or remote technical support to users. - Maintaining service reports and documentation. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals. - Experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers. - Basic networking knowledge will be an added advantage. - Valuable communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel (if required for on-site support). - Customer-oriented approach.
