IT Support Executive

Job Title : IT Support Executive Qualification : Minimum Graduate and Degree/Certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Age : Not exceeding 40 years. Experience : 2 years in Stock Broking domain is desirable. Knowledge about market will be preferred. Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Executive based in Kolkata. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network administration, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. The role involves installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing network problems, and offering day-to-day technical assistance to employees. Desired personal Qualities : Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Experience in Windows Server, Linux, Cloud Infrastructure, Database and other relevant software Knowledge of Cyber Security trends and security protocols Knowledge of SEBI CSCRF, ISO 270001, Cert-In guidelines. Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA, MCSE, or CCNA) are a plus Responsibilities : Provide technical assistance to employees and clients via remote or in-person Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals Implement software updates and security patches Maintain data security and confidentiality Salary : Negotiable (based on experience).
