As an iOS Developer at PeerLogic Systems LLP, your primary role will be to design and develop iOS applications to create powerful communication experiences through our cloud-based platform. You will be responsible for architecting and leading the development effort on our new native soft-phone (VOIP) app for iOS, with potential expansion to watchOS, iPadOS, and macOS. Your duties will include working independently to understand client requirements, designing applications for performance and usability, and delivering them with maximum test coverage. Additionally, you will perform code reviews, create detailed plans, and collaborate with a development team. Providing support, bug fixes, and leading a team of junior engineers will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and lead the development of a new native soft-phone (VOIP) app for iOS - Understand client requirements, design applications, and ensure maximum test coverage - Conduct code reviews and collaborate with the development team - Provide support, bug fixes, and lead a team of junior engineers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on mobile development experience with iOS - Strong knowledge of objective C, Swift, and SwiftUI programming - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries - Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong judgement, decision-making skills, and sense of ownership - Passion for engineering great products with stellar user experiences Preferred Skills: - Telecommunications/VOIP experience and understanding of network topology and telecommunications architecture - Experience with Android/React Native/Cordova - Proficiency in distributed version control using Git on GitHub/Bitbucket - Knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies Please note the office address for PeerLogic Systems LLP: Office #209, Turning Point II, Opposite Rosary School, VimanNagar, Pune - 411014 India For any further inquiries, you can reach out to info@peerlogicsys.com.
