Your responsibilities as an Engineer: Excellent understating of Java & J2EE design patterns coupled with demonstrated experience in designing enterprise web based applications, you need to develop next generation product platforms. Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions. Plan, design and prepare system specifications, standards, and ensure the development of product inline with specification. Participate the discussions related to technical analysis in collaboration with the technical architects and business analysts;; Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Need to validate product development and impose standards leveraging your demonstrated expertise on various design patterns and spring framework. Skill sets we require: Proven work experience as a Software Engineer/Developer or Senior Software Engineer/developer Experience designing enterprise class applications using Java/j2ee technologies and Spring framework Ability to contribute to the design aspects of the Product being built using Java/j2ee programming languages Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) Experience with test-driven development Proficiency in software engineering tools Ability to document requirements and specifications Experience & Pedigree: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent. 4 plus years of application design and development experience. Experience in BFSI vertical is preferred.
