We are currently looking for a Customer Engineer in India to join our team on a hybrid basis. Please see the requirements below: Key Responsibilities Deliver proactive services like workshops, assessments, and health checks. Conduct SQL performance tuning, optimization, and code reviews . Guide customers through SQL upgrades, migrations , and capacity planning . Implement and support HADR , data encryption , auditing , and backup & recovery strategies. Required Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of SQL Server On-Premise Proficiency in: Performance tuning and query optimization Partitioning , data modelling , and indexing strategies Minimum Qualifications Strong customer focus with a proven ability to build trust and deliver results. Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or tech briefings. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and technical documentation skills.
