GRC Consultant

Job Description Role: GRC Consultant (1–7 Years Experience) Location: Anna Salai, Mount Road, Chennai, India Full-Time |On-site Pentabay Software Solutions, a fast-growing IT services company based in Chennai, is hiring a GRC Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in cloud security and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance). This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to work with modern cloud platforms, global clients, and industry-standard security frameworks. Key Responsibilities Secure Cloud Infrastructure Design and deploy secure environments ensuring alignment with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, PHI, and PII standards. Firewall & Endpoint Protection Manage and configure firewalls, WAFs, and endpoint security solutions to protect cloud and hybrid infrastructures. GRC & Compliance Support Contribute to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives by helping develop and implement policies, assess risks, maintain audit trails, and support compliance reporting. Security Audits & Risk Assessments Assist in vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and audits to identify and remediate risks, ensuring continuous improvement of security posture. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–7years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or related areas. Working knowledge of GRC frameworks, including policy creation, risk identification, and compliance reporting. Understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and data protection best practices. Familiarity with firewall management, network segmentation, and endpoint protection tools. Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP. Experience working with Canadian or international clients is an added advantage.
