About the role
Description : Position Requirements The right person for this position should have 6-9 years of experience in Embedded systems. He/She should be passionate, tech savvy, academically sound, have interest in embedded devices and technologies that drive the headless domain. Knowledge: 1. Exposure to Microcontroller/Microprocessor Architecture /Family e.g. ARM Cortex, Microchip, Xtensa ESP32, TI CC32XX, Raspberry PI, iMX series, RISC V 2. Knowledge of any RTOS - FreeRTOS, uC OS, EmbOSs, VxWorks, QNX 3. Knowledge of embedded linux, device driver concepts and inter process communication 4. Knowledge of Build toolchains and framework such as IAR, GCC, Keil, Mplab, Build root, Yocto 5. Knowledge of Microcontroller peripherals and drivers e.g. ADC, DAC, I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS485, DMA, Ethernet, SD/eMMC, SDIO, UFS 6. Understanding of different types of analog & digital sensors and their qualification/verification process 7. Knowledge of different types of motor control drivers and its working 8. Knowledge of RF protocols WIFI, Zigbee, Bluetooth/BLE, IoT Cellular is a plus 9. Knowledge of networking concepts like OSI layers, embedded TCP/IP stacks and common IP protocols is a plus 10. Knowledge of IoT communication protocols MQTT, COAP, AMQP is a plus 11. DFMA and DFMEA, Design release process 12. Coding standards, guidelines, and compliance tools 13. Version control and repositories using git tools 14.
