About the role
Job Description Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an OEM or Tier1 environment.
Proficiency in CAD software and experience with CAD analysis.
Strong technical background with expertise in root-cause analysis.
Familiarity with rework organization and execution.
Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Experience with launch activities in a Start-Up environment is a plus.
Experience with Exterior Trim or Interior Trim is desirable.
Knowledge of IRA (Initial Rate Approval) processes is advantageous.
Experience with CATIA/3Dx software is a plus.
