Electronic Product Development Engineer

Job Description:

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S in EC/EE/TE

Experience: 5 yrs or more

Technical Skills:

Involving completed product development life cycle.

Strong electronic hardware design experience, understand some software.

Generate electronic circuit Schematics in Altium Designer

High degree of experience in embedded PCB layout design using Altium Designer.

Engineering verification testing of BMU and CSU board. Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and their function. Experienced using electronics measurement equipment to perform circuit testing, troubleshooting and debug.

Support in the preparation to Test Fixture and Pre-Validation of the Hardware. Building of test equipment and wire harnessing to be used in testing.

Support in the preparation of EMI/EMC validation of the hardware. Developing test equipment and set ups to be used in EMC testing.

Voltage compatibility (In house VDA320). Performing voltage transient testing on BMS units.

Reviewing specification and requirements to design hardware, write and execute test plans, and perform analysis.

Experience performing detailed circuit analysis and DFMEAs considering operational and environmental parameters.

Experience working with cross functional engineering teams and suppliers.

Experienced in problems solving of complex problems using of industry standard techniques.
