About the role
Job Description:
Must have 7+ years experience in Industrial Engineering worked in automotive industry
Must have 3+ years experience with Power BI skills.
Must have Automotive domain experience
Candidate should also have good project management skills
Should have experience in Time Study, Line balancing, VA / NVA analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Layout Planning (AutoCAD)
Good to have MODAPTS experience and he should have worked in Continuous improvement projects.
Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting .
Utilize Power BI to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Design and improve manufacturing systems and processes to increase efficiency.
Conduct time studies and work measurements to support labor and process improvements.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use data to drive decision-making and process improvements
Lead and manage projects focused on process optimization and efficiency improvements
Coordinate with various departments to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
Track project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, such as reducing downtime and optimizing resource allocation.
Monitor and report on the financial impact of implemented changes.
